Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day hassle free return & exchange period for all purchases with original proof of purchase or invoice. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply bring the product back to us and receive a full refund on the product cost, or exchange it for a different one. Please note that the product must be in like new condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Items that are missing parts or packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products that are damaged, modified or tampered with will not be accepted. Shipping and installation charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Coverage

All purchases made through Essell are backed by a manufacturer's warranty against defects. A valid proof of purchase or invoice must be provided with the customer’s name before a warranty claim can be initiated. After initiating a warranty claim, Essell will act as the liaison between the manufacturer and the customer, handling all communication until the defective unit is either repaired or replaced. For specific clauses regarding coverage and its period, please refer to the manufacturer of the products. As Essell is not the manufacturer of the products, we are unable to guarantee that all claims will be approved. In the case that a claim is not approved for any reason, we reserve the right to accept the manufacturer's decision and close any on-going warranty claims accordingly.

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, all paid installations with products purchased through us are backed by a 1-year workmanship guarantee. We will remove and re-install any units as needed for no additional charge within the guarantee period. Please note that we are unable to offer a workmanship guarantee for products not purchased through Essell, as we will not be able to determine if the issue is caused by a defective product or poor workmanship.

Limited Coverage Liability

All policies outlined by Essell only covers repairs or replacements on the product purchased itself and paid installation services conducted through Essell. Our policies do not cover any other associated costs, such as third-party installations, shipping or travel expenses, or any damage caused to property as a result of the product.
