How long does a dash cam installation take?
Installation usually takes about 1 hour for a 1-channel (front only) setup, or 1.5–2 hours for a 2-channel (front and rear) setup. Times can vary depending on the vehicle, so we recommend contacting us for an exact estimate.

Will my dash cam be hardwired?
Yes, we do offer hardwire installation services. Please note that a hardwiring kit is required. If you don't have a hardwiring kit, we may be able to supply one (for a fee), depending on the brand of the dash cam.

Do you come to my location, or do I need to visit your shop?
We offer both options. Visit one of our service centres or opt for a mobile install for added convenience. Please contact us with your exact location and we can give you a quote for mobile service.

Can I bring my own dash cam?
Yes, you are welcome to supply your own dash cam for the install. However, it is important to note that we will not be able to offer a warranty or guarantee for dash cams which were not supplied by us. For dash cams supplied and installed by us, we offer an all-inclusive 1-year warranty on all hardware and labour.

What brands of dash cams can you install?
We install nearly all dash cam brands, but we recommend choosing a reputable option such as Thinkware, FineVu, Viofo, or BlackVue. These brands are known for their reliability, performance, and long-term durability.
If you bring an off-brand or unbranded dash cam, we will be able to offer very limited troubleshooting support if the dash cam malfunctions, as there are a wide range of lesser known dash cams on the market that are often poor performance and plagued with reliability issues.

Do you offer price matching?
We offer price matching on the dash cam hardware if it's sold by an authorized retailer. However, we do not match prices on labour or other services, as the quality of workmanship, length of experience, and materials used can vary significantly between shops.
